Baxtec Mechanical Services is a mechanical contractor
in the Ottawa area specializing in Heating,
Air Conditioning, and Ventilation trades for the commercial
and industrial sectors. Baxtec provides a wide range of capabilities
with a tremendous amount of experience in planned
preventive maintenance, service, and small and large installations.
In 2001, all the employees at Baxtec participated in creating our
long term vision, which has three main pillars: highest possible quality
and customer service, safety of our employees, and education and continuous
improvement. Everything we do reflects our commitment to this long
term vision.
Firm History
Baxtec Mechanical Services was formed in 1983 by Andy Csiffary.
A heating and air conditioning technician for over 20 years at the
time, his strategy was to deliver high quality HVAC services to
his customers. The business grew from 3 employees to over 30 employees
building a solid reputation along the way. In 2000, Mark Csiffary
P.Eng. joined the business. Mark is a mechanical engineer and spent
6 years working for Kraft Foods in Montreal, Cobourg, and Niagara
Falls. Mark brings a new level of organizational skills to the company
and since that time, Baxtec has been steadily growing while maintaining
its focus on quality and customer service.
